Waterproof Dry Bag Backpack 20L

The Altatac Alta-Bag is a 20L waterproof dry bag backpack built for outdoor activities. Its heavy-duty 500D PVC construction keeps gear dry, clean and protected from sand, dust, mud and snow. The roll-top closure creates a reliable seal for kayaking, boating, hiking and camping trips. Green colourway suits male users seeking durable waterproof storage.

Roll-Top Seal and Splash-Proof Pocket

The simple roll-down top seal delivers maximum waterproofing for the main compartment. A splash-proof outer zip pocket provides quick access to small essentials without opening the main seal. Detachable and adjustable shoulder straps allow comfortable carry as a backpack or removal for alternative transport. These features combine to keep valuables secure and accessible during wet conditions.

Composite Fabric Build and Carry Options

Special composite materials create an ultra-tough waterproof fabric that resists abrasion from outdoor use. The adjustable shoulder strap system adapts to different torso lengths for day-long comfort. Lightweight and compact design stows easily when not in use. Buyers needing more than 20L capacity or a fully submersible rating for diving should consider larger or specialist alternatives.

Questions about this item

How often should the roll-down top seal be checked or replaced?

The roll-top closure is built from heavy-duty 500D PVC material and has no separate gasket to wear out; inspect the sealing surfaces after each trip and replace the bag only if the fabric tears.

What capacity limit appears first when the bag is packed for a full day?

The 20L volume fills quickly with bulky items like sleeping bags or extra clothing, so the volume ceiling is reached before any weight restriction.

Does the 500D PVC fabric get hot or sticky against the back during all-day wear?

The composite material does not breathe, so expect warmth and moisture build-up on long hikes; the detachable strap helps airflow but cannot eliminate it.
