Compact XLR Bluetooth receiver for mixers

The ALTO Bluetooth Total 2 adds wireless streaming to any mixing desk or powered speaker with an XLR input. It pairs with smartphones or tablets in seconds and runs on a built-in rechargeable battery for cable-free placement anywhere in the venue.

Stable 100 ft range with 6-plus hour battery life

A single charge delivers over six hours of continuous operation, while the Bluetooth link holds strong beyond 100 feet even in busy RF environments. Two units can be linked wirelessly for stereo playback or to cover larger PA deployments without audio drop-outs.

Check XLR input availability

Verify your mixer or active speaker provides a free XLR channel for the mono output. Ensure you have a USB power adapter or computer port to supply 12 VDC for recharging the internal battery between events.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the ALTO Bluetooth Total 2 generate when running continuously for a full event?

The unit has no fan or moving parts, so it produces no audible noise and negligible heat during extended operation.

What existing equipment must I already own to connect this receiver to my sound system?

You need a mixer or active PA speaker with a free XLR input channel to accept the balanced output from the receiver.

Will the Bluetooth Total 2 work reliably alongside my older analog mixing desk and passive speakers?

Yes, its XLR output feeds any analog desk input cleanly, and linking two units wirelessly adds stereo coverage without extra cabling.
