A 600 W power-supply PCB delivering 12 V and 24 V at 6 A for server-chassis integration
This ALTRONIX AL600ULXB is a replacement PCB circuit board designed for compatible charger and power supply units. It delivers selectable 12 V-DC or 24 V-DC output at a 6 A current rating. The board suits technicians repairing or maintaining existing ALTRONIX equipment. It is not for builders needing a complete enclosed power supply with cables and connectors.
As a bare PCB assembly, the unit relies on the host chassis for airflow and heat dissipation. Operating at the rated 6 A output will generate heat that must be managed by the original enclosure design. No independent cooling solution or acoustic rating is provided with the board alone. Power draw from the mains side matches the original supply specifications.
Installing this board restores the original 12 V and 24 V output capability to a faulty unit. It does not add new voltage rails, protection circuits or monitoring features beyond the original design. The SKU B475897 identifies the exact revision for correct compatibility. No firmware, software or mounting hardware is included with the bare circuit board.

Secure the board with standoffs in a desktop chassis, then connect both the 12 V-DC and 24 V-DC output terminals to the load; forgetting the 24 V-DC connection is the common error.
The on-board electrolytic capacitors on the PCB circuit board typically age before other parts under sustained 6 A output.
Continuous draw near the 6 A rating across 12 V-DC and 24 V-DC rails triggers the internal thermal limit before voltage regulation degrades.
