  • Frees desk space with under-desk mounting

  • Clean surface and wait 24 hours for full bond
  • Curved design with upturned tip keeps headphones secure

Aluminum Under-Desk Headphone Hanger

The aluminum hook mounts beneath a desk to keep headphones off the work surface. It uses 3M VHB adhesive tape for a damage-free installation that requires no tools. The curved support and upward-cocked tail protect the headband and prevent the headset from slipping off. Clean the surface before attaching and wait 24 hours before use.

Suits desks with smooth, clean undersides

Buyers who need to mount on rough, porous or textured surfaces should look elsewhere because the adhesive requires a smooth finish to hold. Anyone wanting to hang items heavier than 5 lbs must use the included screw instead of the tape. Renters or temporary setups where drilling is not allowed will find the adhesive method convenient.

Holds 5 lbs with 3M VHB adhesive

The included 3M VHB double-sided tape is rated to bear at least 5 pounds, which covers the weight of typical headphones. If the load exceeds that limit, the supplied screw must be used for a secure mount. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before hanging anything.

What surface preparation does the 3M VHB tape require before I mount the hanger?

Clean the desk or wall area thoroughly, then press the adhesive firmly and let it cure for 24 hours before hanging anything.

Will the 2 mm aluminum hook scratch or deform the headband of my older headset?

The curved support and rounded edge are designed to protect the headband, and the upturned tail keeps the headset from slipping off.
