Heavy-Duty Poly Apron

The AmerCareRoyal Heavyweight Poly Apron measures 28 by 46 inches and is made from 1.77 mil polyethylene. It is designed as a one-size-fits-most garment for food-service environments. The white colour helps staff maintain a clean, professional appearance during prep and service.

Disposable Barrier Protection

The polyethylene construction creates a water-resistant barrier that keeps liquids and food splatter off clothing. Because the apron is not washable, it is intended for single-shift use and then discarded. This eliminates laundry costs and reduces cross-contamination risk in busy kitchens.

Bulk Carton for High-Volume Operations

Each carton contains 500 aprons, supplying a steady stock for large catering teams, institutional cafeterias or food-processing lines. The heavyweight material resists tearing during extended wear, so fewer replacements are needed per shift. Buyers needing reusable fabric aprons or smaller pack quantities should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I put on the 28 by 46 polyethylene apron and what step do people skip?

Slip the neck loop over your head, pull the waist ties behind you and tie them securely; the step most people skip is fastening the waist ties, leaving the lower front exposed.

What replacement will the 1.77 mil polyethylene apron need after use?

The apron is not washable, so after each use the entire garment must be discarded and replaced with a fresh one from the 500-count carton.

What limit appears first when the apron is worn continuously in a food-service shift?

The 1.77 mil polyethylene tears under sustained abrasion or heat, so the material integrity fails before the shift ends.
