This aluminum padlock is designed for lockout-tagout safety programmes where equipment must be isolated during maintenance. The orange anodised body provides clear visual identification on industrial sites. Each lock is supplied with two standard keys cut to a unique keyed-different code.

Single-Key Access Limits Shared Use

Because every padlock uses a distinct key code, one person cannot open another user’s lock without authorisation. This prevents accidental re-energisation but means teams needing shared access must plan key distribution in advance. The key is non-removable while the shackle is open, reducing the chance of leaving a lock unlocked.

Corrosion-Resistant Build for Daily Exposure

The anodised aluminium body resists corrosion in damp or outdoor environments, while the boron-alloy shackle adds cut resistance. With a 1/4 in shackle diameter and 13/16 in clearance, the lock fits standard lockout hasps and valve covers. The open shackle design allows quick attachment without threading through tight openings.
