This anodised aluminium padlock is built for industrial lockout and tagout programmes. The green body provides instant visual identification on busy sites. A boron-alloy shackle resists cutting and sawing. Each unit is keyed different so no two locks share a key.

Clearance and keying limits

The shackle offers 13/16 in of horizontal and 3 in of vertical clearance for fitting through hasps or valve handles. The 1/4 in diameter shackle fits standard lockout points but will not pass through smaller holes. Keyed-different cylinders cannot be combined into a master-key system.
