This 12-pack of American Lock safety padlocks uses a keyed-alike system so a single key opens every lock in the set. The anodised aluminium bodies resist corrosion while the hardened steel shackles provide cut resistance. They are suited to lockout-tagout programmes where multiple isolation points must be secured by one authorised person.

Shackle Dimensions

Each lock has a 1/4 in shackle diameter with 1 in vertical clearance and 13/16 in horizontal clearance. The 3/4 in width across the shackle fits standard hasps and lockout devices. The open shackle design allows quick application but cannot accommodate oversized chain links or thick valve handles.

Included Keys

Two standard keys are supplied for the entire 12-pack, giving a spare if one is misplaced. The non-removable key feature means the key cannot be withdrawn while the shackle is open, reducing the chance of leaving a lock unlocked. No additional keys or master-key options are included.
