18-Inch Wide-Rim Pizza Pan

The American Metalcraft TP18 is an 18-gauge aluminum pizza pan built for even heating and long-lasting durability. Its wide-rim design suits both home and restaurant use. Each order includes one pan measuring 18 inches in diameter with a 0.38-inch height.

Aluminum Construction Limits

The 18-gauge aluminum provides consistent heat distribution but is not non-stick and may react with acidic ingredients. The pan requires hand washing to maintain its finish. It is designed for oven baking rather than direct flame or induction surfaces.

18-Inch Diameter Fit

The 18-inch diameter determines the maximum pizza size this pan can accommodate. Buyers needing larger or smaller pizzas should consider the available range from 6 to 20 inches. The single-pan quantity means multiple pans are required for simultaneous baking.

Questions about this item

Which diameter should I pick from the 6-inch to 20-inch range?

The 18-inch pan suits large pies and family servings; smaller diameters are offered for personal or appetizer portions.

What does the 18-gauge aluminum thickness mean for everyday baking?

It provides even heat distribution across the 18-inch surface and resists warping through repeated high-temperature use.

How does the 0.38-inch rim height affect handling and oven fit?

The low wide rim slides easily onto racks and peels while containing sauce and cheese without spilling over the edge.
