Smart body fat scale for daily health tracking

The American Weigh Alcedo ASS-WG1 is a digital bathroom scale that measures weight and 20 body-composition metrics including body fat, BMI and muscle mass. It connects via Bluetooth to a companion app for automatic data logging and trend charts. The platform supports up to 400 lb / 180 kg and reads in 0.1 lb / 0.05 kg increments using four high-precision G-sensors. A backlit display and customisable colour lighting provide immediate visual feedback.

Upgrade from basic weight-only scales

Replacing a simple mechanical or digital scale adds body-fat percentage, muscle mass and 18 other composition readings without changing your routine. The jump is worth it when you want daily trend data synced to your phone instead of a single number you write down manually. Colour-coded weight-change lights give an instant status check before you even open the app.

Suits individuals and families tracking

Households that want each member’s data stored separately in the app will benefit from multi-user recognition. Buyers who need a second scale for another bathroom or who prefer a non-smart device with no app dependency should look at something else.
