12-piece stainless steel preserving kit

This kit contains twelve stainless steel components with a total capacity of 21 quarts. It is intended for home cooks who preserve fruit, vegetables or other produce in larger batches. The silver finish resists corrosion and is safe for food contact.

Check your dehydrator tray dimensions

The included silicone sheets measure 14 by 14 inches and feature a 1 by 1 millimetre mesh. They can be trimmed to fit smaller trays but will not cover trays larger than this size. Verify your machine operates within a range of minus 40 to 220 degrees Celsius before use.

Suits batch preservers needing flexible mesh

The sheets withstand over 5000 uses and suit owners of Excalibur, Magic Mill, Ivation, Gourmia, Chefwave or Cosori dehydrators. Buyers who need rigid metal trays, a different mesh aperture or a smaller kit should consider other options.
