Display type

This model uses an LED screen rather than a backlit LCD. The manufacturer states the LED offers a larger visible angle, higher brightness and better readability in strong light or at a distance. The platform surface measures 11.8in by 11.8in.

Connectivity and data

Bluetooth connects the scale to the free Fit Profile app, which syncs with Fitbit, Apple Health and Google Fit. The app supports unlimited user profiles and stores weight and BMI data. Buyers who want body-fat percentage, muscle mass or other composition metrics should look at a different model.
