Capacity and purpose

The Vitafit VT7057 bath scale supports a maximum load of 660lb or 300kg with a resolution of .1lb and .05kg. Its 12.4in square platform and non-slip tempered glass surface suit users who need a higher capacity than standard scales provide.

Installation and common issues

The scale ships new and runs on three AAA batteries that are not included. Pairing with the companion app requires a smartphone; if the green connection icon does not appear, restart the app and step on the glass again to re-establish the link. Ensure the unit sits on a hard, level floor so the auto-zero function calibrates correctly.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that a 12.4in by 12.4in footprint fits the intended bathroom space and that the 2.522kg weight can be moved easily. Confirm you can supply three AAA cells for power and that your phone can run the BMI tracking application for the smart features to work.
