Phifer 09879 Spline Tool for Screen Repair

The Phifer 09879 spline tool rolls spline into window and door screen frames using a wood handle and steel roller wheels. It includes both a convex wheel and a concave wheel, each measuring 1-5/16 inches by 3/32 inches, designed for spline sizes from .115 to .165 inches. This standard duty hand tool suits DIY screen replacement and maintenance tasks.

Homeowners replacing torn window or door screens

The tool fits standard spline grooves and works with common spline diameters found in residential screening. It is not suited for heavy commercial production or for spline sizes outside the .115 to .165 range. Buyers needing powered rolling equipment or specialised spline profiles should look at other options.
