18x24 black engineered wood frame

This 18x24 black frame uses engineered wood (MDF) construction with polished plexiglass glazing. It is designed to display oversized photos, posters or artwork in a vertical or horizontal orientation. Hanging hardware for both orientations is included for straightforward wall mounting.

Polished plexiglass and wide moulding limits

The polished plexiglass surface protects the artwork but can show glare under direct lighting. The wide moulding adds visual weight, so the frame suits statement pieces rather than small prints. The .99 in depth keeps the profile slim against the wall.

Replaces standard thin poster frames

This frame upgrades from basic thin moulding frames that lack rigidity for large formats. The jump is worth it when you need a sturdy, gallery-style presentation for 18x24 prints and want the flexibility to swap artwork frequently. It is not for buyers who need a deep shadow box for three-dimensional objects.

Questions about this item

Which frame size should I pick for an 18 by 24 inch poster?

This model is built for 18x24 artwork so the outer dimensions are 24 in x 18 in x .99 in; choose it when your print matches that exact size

How deep is the frame once it hangs on the wall?

The profile measures .99 in thick so it sits close to the wall while still covering the plexiglass and backing

What does the engineered wood construction mean for daily use?

The MDF moulding gives a rigid black border that resists warping and holds the polished plexiglass securely for vertical or horizontal hanging
