A 1/2" drive hand ratchet made from non-sparking, non-magnetic nickel aluminum bronze for corrosion-resistant use in harsh conditions
The Ampco W-141-R is a 1/2" drive hand ratchet built for environments where sparks or magnetic interference create safety hazards. Its nickel-aluminium bronze construction makes it suitable for maintenance in petrochemical plants, mines or marine settings where standard steel tools are prohibited.
The material resists corrosion and eliminates spark risk during use, extending service life in harsh, wet or chemically aggressive conditions. A fixed pear head and reversible mechanism keep the 10" length predictable in tight access points without adding moving parts that could trap debris.
No extra accessories or software are bundled; the ratchet itself is the complete safety solution. Buyers needing insulated handles, calibrated torque values or socket sets will have to source those separately.

The 1/2" square drive accepts standard 1/2" sockets; smaller or larger drive sockets will not fit without an adapter, which adds length and reduces torque transfer.
The ratchet measures 10" overall with a pear-shaped head, so you need at least that much swing radius and head height to operate the reversing lever.
Flip the reversing lever on the pear head to switch between tightening and loosening; the frequent error is trying to turn the socket by hand instead of using the lever, which can jam the mechanism.
