The Amprobe 34XR-A is a full-size digital multimeter built for electrical troubleshooting. It offers 3999 instrument counts and basic DC accuracy of +/-0.50 percent of reading plus one digit. The meter measures up to 1000 V DC, 750 V AC and 10 A on both AC and DC ranges. Safety ratings cover CAT I 1000 V, CAT II 600 V and CAT III 300 V environments.

Build integration and measurement scope

The meter fits a standard tool bag and runs on common batteries, so it needs no external power supply or special mounting. A backlit LCD and bar-graph display free the user from squinting in dim panels, while min/max memory captures peak values without a separate logger.
