What this kit builds

This 1/25 scale plastic model kit from AMT reproduces the 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. It is designed for adult hobbyists who enjoy assembling detailed vehicle replicas. The box contains parts molded in white plus black vinyl tires and chrome-plated small pieces. Paint and cement are required but not included.

Two build options in one box

The kit is a 2-in-1 design that lets you choose between a Stock version or a Street Machine version. Stock features include an authentic interior, rallye wheels, a detailed chassis and a detailed 302 cubic inch V-8 engine. Street Machine features swap in a custom interior, Mag wheels and a customized 302 cubic inch V-8 engine. Full-color decals and vintage-style packaging complete the set.

Handling and assembly notes

Parts are injection-moulded plastic with vinyl tires and small chrome accents, so no special thermal or power considerations apply. Normal room temperature is fine for construction and long-term display. Work in a well-ventilated area when using model cement and paint.
