1/25 Scale Scout II Model Kit

This AMT kit reproduces the International Harvester Scout II in 1/25 scale for adult hobbyists. It contains more than 53 detailed parts moulded in yellow plastic. A highly detailed 345 V-8 engine and transmission are included along with bucket seats, console and plated shift levers. Paint and cement are required but not supplied.

Before You Start Building

Verify that you have modelling paint, plastic cement and basic tools such as a hobby knife and sandpaper. The kit is rated Skill 2 so some prior assembly experience is helpful. Decals and chrome plated small parts need careful handling during application. No batteries or electronic components are involved.

Build Quality and Daily Handling

The one-piece chassis interior unit simplifies alignment while the snap-lock axle pins allow free wheel rotation after assembly. Off-road style vinyl tyres and mag wheels with Goodyear branding add realism. Vintage style packaging protects the parts until construction begins. Completed models are display pieces rather than toys for rough play.
