Anderson Two Pole Connector 120 A 600 V

This Anderson Power Products connector provides a two-pole inline connection rated for continuous 600 V AC/DC operation at 120 A. The housing uses polycarbonate material with silver-plated contacts and supports 4 ga wire. It is supplied new for electrical and industrial wiring applications.

Suited for high-current inline power links

Installers needing a durable inline power connection with 10,000 mating cycles and an operating range from -4 °F to 221 °F will find this connector appropriate. It is not intended for buyers who require a multi-pole arrangement, a different wire gauge, or a panel-mount configuration.

Sustained 120 A load handling

Under continuous 120 A load the silver-plated contacts maintain conductivity within the specified temperature limits up to 221 °F. The 0.75 in cable well depth and 0.298 in maximum wire diameter secure 4 ga conductors during prolonged operation.

Questions about this item

What wire gauge and amperage rating must my cable have to fit this 4 ga 120 A connector?

The connector accepts 4 gauge wire rated for 120 amps continuous at 600 V AC/DC.

Will this two-pole housing mate with my existing Anderson SB series connectors of the same size?

It cross-references SMH SY6330G4 and uses the standard two-pole inline design, so it mates with compatible housings of the same series.

How can I verify the silver-plated contacts are making proper connection after assembly?

After crimping wire into the 0.298 in max diameter well, check for firm insertion to the 0.75 in depth and ensure the latch engages securely.
