System Overview

The Andromeda Insights Spectra is a mid-tower gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card with 8GB of video memory. It ships with 16GB of DDR5 6000 memory and a 1TB NVMe Gen 4.0 SSD, powered by a 650W 80+ Gold supply. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on the B850 chipset platform.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your display inputs match the RTX 5060 video outputs and that your desk space accommodates a mid-tower chassis. Confirm your local mains voltage suits the 650W power supply and that your network environment supports the onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Ensure any external storage or peripherals use interfaces available on the B850 motherboard rear panel.

Upgrade Context

This system replaces an older desktop that lacks a 6-core CPU with 5.4 GHz boost, DDR5 memory, or a Gen 4.0 NVMe drive. The jump is worthwhile when your current machine cannot run modern titles at 1080p high settings or struggles with multitasking across 12 threads. It is not suited for buyers who need more than 16GB of RAM, more than 1TB of fast storage, or a higher-wattage power supply for future GPU upgrades.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the Andromeda Insights Spectra Gaming PC and what must I purchase separately?

The system ships with the Ryzen 5 9600X processor, 16GB DDR5 6000 memory, 1TB NVMe SSD Gen 4.0, RTX 5060 8GB graphics card, 650W 80+ Gold power supply, tower cooler with digital display, B850 motherboard with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, Windows 11 Home, and a black mid-tower case. Monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers are not included.

Should I choose the 16GB DDR5 6000 configuration or look for a 32GB option?

This model is supplied with 16GB DDR5 6000. The motherboard uses the AMD B850 chipset and supports DDR5; if you need more capacity for heavy multitasking or content creation you can add a second 16GB kit later, but the base unit only includes the single 16GB kit.

What does the 5.4 GHz boost clock on the Ryzen 5 9600X mean for actual gaming frame rates?

The 6-core, 12-thread CPU can reach 5.4 GHz boost under light loads, while the 3.9 GHz base clock sustains heavier workloads. Paired with the RTX 5060 8GB and 16GB DDR5 6000, this combination delivers high frame rates at 1080p and 1440p in modern titles, with the 32 MB L3 cache helping reduce latency in CPU-bound scenes.
