Driver-free plug-and-play compatibility covers Windows 8 and 10 with single-touch fallback for older systems. The true flat seamless bezel resists debris buildup and simplifies cleaning in busy environments.

Sustained Operation Characteristics

The LED backlit panel provides 300 cd/m² brightness and a 350:1 contrast ratio for continuous visibility. Typical video response is 9 ms with a 5.4 ms touch response for consistent input latency. Horizontal and vertical viewing angles reach 170 degrees to maintain readability from multiple positions. Power draw is rated at 30 W from a 100-240 VAC supply, suitable for extended daily use in retail, office, or hospitality settings.

Setup Verification Checklist

Confirm the host system provides an HDMI output for video and a free USB port for touch data. Ensure the operating system is Windows 7 or newer to match the supported touch modes. Verify the mounting surface can accommodate the metal stand with integrated cable routing holes. Check that the intended application does not require pressure-based input beyond normal touch operation.
