Compatibility for Samsung Galaxy Tab models

This rugged case fits the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ Plus 12.4 inch tablets with model numbers SM-X820, SM-X826 and SM-X828. It also covers the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ Plus 12.4 inch models SM-X610, SM-X616 and SM-X618 as well as the Galaxy Tab S9+ Plus 12.4 inch models SM-X810, SM-X816 and SM-X818. Verify the model number in your tablet settings before ordering.

Hybrid construction and kickstand

A hard plastic interior shell combines with a soft silicone gel exterior layer to absorb shocks from drops and bumps. The built-in kickstand pops out and locks at two angles so you can watch video or type without holding the device. No screen protector is included in the package.

Check your tablet model and protection needs

Confirm the exact SM-X model number on the back of your tablet or in the settings menu to ensure a precise fit. The case has precise cutouts for all ports, sensors, speakers and cameras so nothing needs to be removed for daily use. Buyers who want an integrated screen protector or a folio-style cover with a keyboard should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the kickstand mechanism wear out and need replacing on the SM-X820 case?

The kickstand is moulded into the hybrid shell and has no separate moving parts to service; if the hinge ever loosens the whole case would be replaced rather than the stand alone.

What fails first on the SM-X820 case during all-day desk use?

The soft silicone exterior will show surface abrasion or grip loss before the hard plastic interior cracks, so cosmetic wear is the practical limit.

Does the SM-X820 case trap heat when the tablet runs continuously?

The case covers the back and edges with silicone and hard plastic but leaves all ports and speaker grilles open, so normal tablet thermals are not restricted.
