24 V 8-Channel Relay Module

This 24 V relay board provides eight optically isolated channels for switching AC or DC loads from a low-voltage controller. Each channel uses a silver-alloy contact rated at 4 amps and a KF301 connector for secure wiring. The module accepts a 5 V supply drawing 4 mA quiescent and 65 mA when active, with a trigger threshold of 0–2 V at 2 mA. It suits hobbyists and engineers adding mains-level control to microcontroller projects.

The DIN-rail footprint lets the board snap onto standard rails inside cabinets or enclosures, keeping wiring tidy and vibration-resistant. Optocoupler isolation separates the control side from the 220 V load side, protecting the host controller from transients. Both high-level and low-level trigger modes are supported, giving flexibility for different logic conventions. No external driver circuitry is required for the eight independent channels.

Ten Single-Channel Shields Included

The package supplies ten individual 1-channel 5 V relay shields alongside the main 8-channel board. These shields can be distributed across a project for remote switching points or used as spares during development. Each shield mirrors the same isolation and trigger characteristics, allowing consistent behaviour throughout the system. The extra modules simplify prototyping and reduce the need for separate component orders.
