Twin USB-C Ports

This car charger delivers up to 36 watts of combined output through two USB-C ports, each capable of 18 watts. It suits drivers who need to fast-charge a phone and a tablet simultaneously on 12-volt or 24-volt vehicle systems. PowerIQ 3.0 negotiates the optimal rate for a wide range of USB-C devices without user intervention.

36-Watt Shared Ceiling

The 36-watt total output is split between the two ports, so connecting two power-hungry tablets will reduce the per-port rate below the single-port 18-watt maximum. One phone and one tablet charge comfortably at full speed, while two large tablets share the available headroom and charge more slowly.

12/24-Volt Input Constraint

The adapter accepts 12-volt and 24-volt DC sources, covering most cars and light commercial vehicles, but it cannot operate from higher-voltage DC buses found in some heavy trucks or electric-vehicle auxiliary systems. Output voltage steps are fixed at 5 volts, 9 volts and 12 volts, so devices requiring other PDO voltages will fall back to the nearest supported level.
