Portable Bluetooth Speaker for Outdoor Use

The Anker soundcore 2 is a compact portable speaker built for outdoor environments. It delivers 12 watts of stereo sound through a 2.0 channel configuration with dual neodymium drivers. Bluetooth 5.0 provides a stable wireless connection up to 20 meters. An auxiliary input allows wired playback from compatible smartphones and tablets.

Suits Listeners Needing Long Battery Life

Buyers who want a lightweight speaker for camping, beach trips or poolside use will benefit from the IPX7 waterproof rating and 24-hour playtime from the 5,200mAh battery. The 400-gram weight and 6.5-inch length make it easy to pack. Users who require multi-room audio, voice-assistant integration or a built-in microphone for calls should look at other models.

12-Watt Output with BassUp Technology Determines

The speaker produces 12 watts of total power enhanced by exclusive BassUp technology and a patented spiral bass port for stronger low frequencies. A digital signal processor aims to prevent distortion at high volumes. Frequency response reaches 70 hertz. This output level suits personal listening or small gatherings rather than large open spaces.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.5 in length fit in a standard cup holder?

The speaker measures 1.77 in by 2.13 in by 6.5 in and weighs 400 grams, so it fits most cup holders and small bags.

How do I pair two units for stereo sound, and what step do people miss?

Power on both speakers, press the Bluetooth button on one until it flashes, then press the Bluetooth button on the second; the missed step is waiting for the tone that confirms the stereo link before connecting your phone.

When will the 5,200mAh battery need replacing, and can I do it myself?

The sealed 5,200mAh Li-ion battery is rated for hundreds of cycles; replacement requires opening the IPX7 enclosure, so it is not user-serviceable.
