Compact electric sharpener for school and studio

The Aogwat sharpenr-Pink is a battery-powered pencil sharpener that also works in manual mode when cells run low. It accepts standard 6–8 mm round or hexagonal graphite and coloured pencils, making it suited to students, artists and office users who need a quick point without a wall outlet. A transparent shavings tray lets you see when it needs emptying, and a spare blade is included in the box.

Battery operation with safety lock and quiet motor

Two AA cells (not supplied) drive the cutter, sharpening a pencil in roughly three to five seconds per the maker's note. The top cover locks to keep shavings contained and to protect fingers, while the manual fallback requires no power at all. Weighing 0.109 kilograms and measuring 2.48 by 2.48 by 2.83 inches, the unit stays light on a desk or in a bag.

Consistent points over repeated use

The replaceable blade maintains its edge through many sharpening cycles, and the lockable lid prevents mess during long sessions. Woodless pencils, crayons and chalk are not supported and will jam the mechanism. Buyers who need AC or USB power, a larger capacity tray, or compatibility with non-standard pencil diameters should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the batteries and what is the step people often miss?

Insert two AA batteries matching the polarity markings inside the compartment; the step people miss is checking the positive and negative orientation before closing the cover.

What maintenance will this sharpener need and what parts are included for it?

Empty the transparent shavings box when full and replace the blade using the spare blade supplied in the package.

What is the first limit reached during continuous sharpening?

The blade jams if used on woodless pencils, crayons or chalk, so stop and clean it before continuing.
