Extends USB-C reach by 6.6 ft

This two-pack of USB 3.1 cables adds 6.6 ft to a USB-C connection. Each male-to-female extender protects the device port from repeated insertion cycles and prevents dock scratches on consoles such as the Nintendo Switch.

Suits users needing longer charging and data runs

The 10 Gbps data rate and 100 W power delivery cover charging a 16-inch MacBook Pro to 39 % in 30 minutes and 4K 60 Hz video to a monitor. Buyers who need Thunderbolt 3 speeds beyond 10 Gbps or cables shorter than 3.3 ft should look elsewhere.

10 Gbps USB 3.1 with 100 W PD

The single decisive spec is the USB 3.1 10 Gbps bandwidth combined with 20 V / 5 A power delivery. It determines whether the cable can handle both high-speed data and full 100 W charging for the target device.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.6FT USB 3.1 10Gbps cable work with my older USB 3.0 hub and still charge at 100W?

Yes, the USB 3.1 10Gbps extender is backward compatible with USB 3.0 hubs. It supports up to 20V/5A 100W Power Delivery, so fast charging remains available even when connected to older USB 3.0 ports.

How can I verify the cable delivers 10Gbps data and 4K@60Hz video after plugging it in?

Check your operating system’s USB controller details to confirm a 10Gbps link speed. For video, ensure both the host and display USB-C ports support Thunderbolt 3 video alt mode; the cable will then pass 4K at 60Hz.

The box says 2-Pack — does that mean two 6.6FT cables, and do I need a separate power adapter for 100W charging?

The package contains two 6.6FT USB-C male-to-female extension cables. A separate USB-C Power Delivery charger rated for 100W (20V/5A) is required to achieve the maximum charging speed.
