This 12-pack supplies Aowel AW601 thermostats for conventional single-stage heating and cooling systems. Each unit provides manual Heat, Off and Cool control without programming menus. The white wall-mount housing measures 4.92 × 3.74 × 0.98 in and fits standard 18-22 gauge wiring. Dual power accepts 24 VAC hardwiring or two AAA batteries.

Installers fitting basic forced-air systems

Suited for gas, oil or electric furnaces and central air conditioners that use one heating and one cooling stage. The thermostat does not support multi-stage equipment, heat pumps, mini-splits, PTAC units, hydronic systems or 120-240 V line-voltage heaters. Installers needing auxiliary heat, emergency heat or O/B changeover terminals must choose a different model.

24 VAC compatibility requirement

The relay contacts and terminal block are rated for 24 volts alternating current only. Systems wired for 120-240 V line voltage cannot be connected directly. Verify that the existing HVAC control circuit delivers 24 VAC before installation.
