The APC AP7723 is a switched power distribution unit built for 20A, 230V rack environments. It accepts a C20 inlet and provides eight C13 outlets plus one C19 outlet for servers and network gear. Remote outlet switching lets administrators cycle power without visiting the rack. The unit operates from -5 to 45 °C and meets cUL, UL, FCC Part 15 Class A and EN 55022 Class A certifications. It is not suited for installations that require integrated overload protection or input voltages below 200V.

Single-Cord 20A Input with C20 Plug

The decisive specification is the single IEC-320 C20 input rated for 20A maximum current at 200V, 208V or 230V. This connector and current limit determine whether the PDU matches the facility feed and branch-circuit breaker. If the site provides a different inlet style, a higher amperage circuit or three-phase power, this model will not connect or carry the load safely. No overload protection is built in, so upstream branch protection must be coordinated separately.

Horizontal 1U Mount with Front-Facing Outlets
