The APC AP9631 Network Management Card 2 adds web browser, command line and SNMP access to any Smart-UPS unit. It provides secure monitoring and control with embedded technology for reliability. Integration with Smart-UPS

The card installs directly into the Smart-UPS expansion slot and requires no serial cable for network operation. Environmental monitoring needs the separate AP9335T temperature sensor which is not included. Firmware is flashed to the newest version before shipment. It frees up management by enabling remote shutdown of connected operating systems.

Monitoring capacity and limits

The card handles secure monitoring and notification for a single UPS device over the network. It runs out when multiple UPS units require individual network addresses or when local serial management is preferred.
