Questions about this item

The box contains the brass PEX barb to male pipe thread adapter only. Copper crimp rings, stainless steel pinch clamps or stainless steel crimp sleeves are required to secure the connection and are sold separately.

How do I choose the right version of this adapter for my job?

This adapter is a single 3/4 inch brass PEX barb by 3/4 inch male pipe thread fitting. There are no other sizes or material options in this listing, so select this model when you need that exact transition.

What does the Proposition 65 warning mean once the adapter is installed in my plumbing?

The warning indicates the brass contains a chemical known to California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. The adapter is certified for potable water and hydronic heating systems, so it meets safety standards for those applications.
