Suits students and casual users needing mobile data

Buyers who require more built-in storage should consider other options. Those needing a larger screen or the latest processor generation will not find them here. The device lacks Face ID and USB-C connectivity.

64GB storage capacity

The fixed 64GB capacity determines how many apps, photos and files you can keep offline. No memory expansion is possible on this model. Choose a higher capacity variant if you store large media libraries locally.

Questions about this item

Does the 10.2-inch Retina display require any special mounting hardware for a stand or case?

The iPad uses a flat, glass-front design with no VESA holes or built-in kickstand, so any stand or case must grip the edges or rely on a magnetic Smart Connector attachment.

What is the correct way to activate the cellular service on this A13 Bionic model, and what step do people often miss?

Insert an active nano-SIM from your carrier, then follow the on-screen carrier activation prompts; the step many skip is confirming the APN settings with the carrier before leaving the setup screen.

How often should the oleophobic coating on the 264 ppi screen be refreshed, and what wears it down fastest?

The coating cannot be refreshed by the user; it gradually wears off with daily finger contact and cleaning, so using a screen protector from day one preserves the original feel longest.
