Questions about this item

How do I attach the Smart Keyboard and what is the step most people miss?

Connect the Smart Keyboard to the Smart Connector on the side of the iPad; the step most people miss is ensuring the three contact pins align and click into place without any case material blocking them.

What maintenance will the 32 GB storage and li-polymer battery need later?

The 32 GB storage has no moving parts and requires no maintenance; the li-polymer battery is not user-replaceable and will eventually hold less than the rated 10 hours, at which point Apple or an authorised service provider must replace it.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the A12 Bionic chip?

The A12 Bionic chip will hit its thermal limit first under sustained heavy workloads, causing the system to throttle performance to keep the device within safe temperatures.
