10.9-inch Liquid Retina tablet for everyday users

The 2022 Apple iPad offers a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display with True Tone for comfortable viewing in any light. It runs on the A14 Bionic chip with a 6-core CPU and 4-core GPU, handling daily tasks, media streaming and light creative work. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide reliable wireless connectivity for work or study.

64GB built-in storage with no expansion

The 64GB SSD holds the operating system, apps, photos and a moderate library of offline media. Users who store large video collections, extensive game libraries or professional project files will reach capacity quickly. Cloud services or regular offloading become necessary once local space runs out.

USB-C port limited to Apple Pencil 1st gen

The single USB-C connector handles charging and data but only supports the 1st generation Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard Folio. Buyers expecting compatibility with the 2nd generation Apple Pencil, external displays or high-speed external storage will find the port does not meet those needs.

Questions about this item

Will the 10.9-inch iPad with the A14 Bionic chip run the same iPadOS apps I use on my older A13 Bionic iPad?

Yes, the A14 Bionic chip runs iPadOS 16 and supports the same app library as the A13 Bionic model, so your existing apps will continue to work.

How can I confirm the 12MP Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage is framing me correctly during a video call?

Open FaceTime or a third-party video app; the camera will automatically pan and zoom to keep you centred in the 122° field of view as you move.

Does the box include the Apple Pencil or Magic Keyboard Folio mentioned in the highlights, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains the iPad, a USB-C charge cable and a 20 W power adapter; the 1st generation Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard Folio are sold separately.
