What this iPad is and who it serves

The Apple iPad 8th Generation is a 10.2 inch tablet released in 2020 with 32GB of storage in Space Gray. It is sold as a new device and includes a premium aftermarket wall charger and cable. This model suits students, casual users, or anyone needing a reliable iPad for web browsing, media streaming, and light productivity on a Wi-Fi connection.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers wanting a dependable tablet for everyday apps, video calls, and entertainment on wireless networks will find this a good fit. Those who require cellular connectivity away from Wi-Fi, need significantly more internal storage for large media libraries, or demand a flawless screen without any cosmetic imperfections should consider other options.

The specification that decides fit

The 32GB storage capacity is the key factor. If your apps, photos, and offline content fit comfortably within that space, this iPad works well. If you anticipate needing more room, you will need a model with higher capacity.

You need a Wi-Fi network and an Apple ID; the box includes an aftermarket wall charger and cable for power.

Will my older Lightning accessories and first-generation Apple Pencil work with this 2020 model?

Yes, the Lightning port and first-generation Apple Pencil pairing are both supported on this 8th-generation iPad.
