Purpose and audience

The Apple iPad 8th Gen A2428 is a 10.2 inch tablet with 32GB of storage and 3GB of memory. It suits students, casual users and anyone needing a lightweight iOS device for everyday tasks. Buyers who want more storage or higher performance for demanding creative work should look elsewhere.

Build and connectivity

The unit is graded A with only minimal wear such as light scratches and has passed a 30 point functionality inspection. It ships with a UL approved power adapter and charging cable but without original packaging, headphones, SIM card or manual. The WiFi and cellular unlocked model connects to mobile networks and wireless hotspots wherever you go.

Platform limits

The tablet runs iPadOS 15.4 on an Apple A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine. The 32GB built in storage cannot be expanded and the 3GB memory is fixed. The 8MP rear camera and 1.2MP FaceTime HD front camera handle basic photography and video calls. The 2160 x 1620 Retina display with True Tone provides clear visuals within these hardware constraints.
