What cellular standard does the A2428 model use and what practical speed limit does it impose?

What physical dimensions must a case or mount accommodate for this 10.2 inch iPad?

The 10.2 inch Retina display with 2160 x 1620 resolution defines the front footprint; any case or mount must fit the standard 8th Gen chassis dimensions.

Insert the SIM eject tool into the pinhole on the side, remove the tray, place the nano-SIM in the shaped recess, then reinsert the tray fully until it clicks.
