Compact Retina Tablet

The iPad Mini 2 is a 7.9-inch tablet with a 2048-by-1536 Retina display running iOS 12. It uses a dual-core 1.3 GHz A7 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 32 GB of flash storage. The unit is supplied new with a charger and a 90-day hardware warranty.

Suits light use; not for heavy workloads

This tablet suits users who need a small, light iOS device for web browsing, email, media playback or legacy app testing. Buyers who need more storage for large media libraries, more RAM for multitasking, or a newer iOS version for current apps should look at a different model.

32 GB fixed storage decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the 32 GB flash storage, which cannot be expanded. If your apps, photos and offline files fit within that space, the tablet works; if they do not, you need a device with larger capacity.
