iPad Pro 12.9" 256GB Wi-Fi

This 12.9 inch tablet released in 2022 offers 256GB of storage for professionals who need a large display and ample local capacity. It runs on Wi-Fi only, so users requiring cellular connectivity must look elsewhere. The Space Gray finish suits creative and business workflows alike.

Thermals noise and power

The device operates silently with no moving parts, relying on passive cooling to manage heat during sustained workloads. Battery life supports all-day use on a single charge under typical mixed usage. The included premium wall charger replenishes power efficiently without audible fan noise.

256GB local storage decides fit

With 256GB of onboard memory, this model fits users who keep large media libraries or project files offline. Buyers who want more storage or who rely on cellular data should consider other configurations. The Wi-Fi only design also limits mobility for field work without a hotspot.

Questions about this item

How do I install the included premium wall charger and USB cable with this iPad Pro 12.9"?

Connect the USB cable to the wall charger, plug the charger into a power outlet, then insert the cable connector into the iPad's charging port. The step often missed is ensuring the connector seats fully so charging begins.

What maintenance will the 256GB storage need over time?

The 256GB internal storage is solid-state with no moving parts and requires no scheduled maintenance. Keep iOS updated and offload unused apps if space runs low.

At what point does the 12.9" screen show thermal limits during sustained use?

Under heavy workloads the iPad may reduce performance to manage heat, which appears first as lower sustained clock speeds or dimming brightness before any shutdown.
