The 12.9-inch iPad Pro for mobile professionals

This 2017 iPad Pro delivers a 12.9-inch display and 64 GB of storage in a gold finish. It includes cellular connectivity for data access away from Wi-Fi networks. The tablet suits professionals who need a large, portable screen for reviewing documents or presenting work on the move.

Thermals noise and power in daily use

The tablet runs silently with no moving parts, so it adds no background noise in quiet rooms. Its battery is guaranteed to hold at least 80 per cent of its original capacity for reliable all-day use. The included premium wall charger keeps the device powered without needing the original Apple adapter.

What this replaces and when to upgrade

This iPad replaces an older tablet that lacks cellular data or sufficient storage for offline files. The jump is worth it when you need a larger canvas for split-screen multitasking or a dependable battery that meets the 80 per cent health threshold. It does not serve buyers who require more than 64 GB of internal space or the latest processor architecture.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the nano-SIM for cellular service and what step causes activation errors?

Insert the nano-SIM into the tray on the right edge with the angled corner matching the tray, then restart the iPad before entering the carrier APN settings; skipping the restart is the step that leaves the modem inactive.

What part will need replacement first and how can I tell when it is time?

The lithium-ion cell is rated to hold at least 80% of its original capacity; when the Battery Health section in Settings drops below that figure or the tablet shuts down unexpectedly under load, plan a battery service.

What limit appears first during a long work session with the screen at full brightness?

The 12.9-inch display at maximum brightness combined with 4G LTE use drains the cell fastest, so battery runtime becomes the practical ceiling before any thermal slowdown occurs.
