12.9-inch iPad Pro for mobile professionals

This 12.9-inch iPad Pro from 2020 delivers a large Liquid Retina display suited to creative work and multitasking on the move. The 256 GB capacity stores substantial project files and media libraries. Cellular connectivity is unlocked for 4G LTE use with any compatible carrier. A premium aftermarket wall charger and USB cable are included in the box.

Sustained performance with A12Z Bionic

The A12Z Bionic chip maintains consistent throughput during extended rendering, compilation or video export sessions. Thermal architecture distributes heat across the aluminium chassis without throttling under continuous load. Unified memory keeps latency low when switching between heavyweight apps. Storage speed remains stable across long write sequences.

Thermals and power in daily use

The aluminium enclosure acts as a silent heatsink, so the tablet produces no audible fan noise. Surface temperatures stay comfortable during typical productivity workloads. The included aftermarket charger replenishes the battery at standard USB power rates. Battery life supports a full working day of mixed use.

Questions about this item

How loud or warm does the 12.9" iPad Pro get when used continuously all day?

The tablet has no fan and runs silently; the aluminium chassis dissipates heat so the back may feel warm during sustained heavy tasks, but it stays within normal operating limits.

Which accessories must I already own for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model to connect to a mobile network?

You need an active nano-SIM or eSIM plan from a carrier; the iPad is unlocked and the box includes an aftermarket USB-C wall charger and cable for power.

Will my older Lightning headphones and USB-A chargers work with this 2020 iPad Pro?

The 2020 model uses USB-C instead of Lightning, so Lightning headphones and USB-A chargers require a USB-C adapter or replacement cable to function.
