iPhone 12 64GB unlocked smartphone

The Apple iPhone 12 is a factory-unlocked 5G handset with 64 GB of storage and a 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. It runs on the A14 Bionic chip and ships in Green with a single Nano-SIM slot. The unit is sold new without a carrier contract.

Thermals noise and power draw

The A14 Bionic processor manages power efficiently for all-day battery life under typical mixed use. iOS regulates clock speeds and background activity to keep the chassis temperature comfortable during extended sessions. No active cooling fan is present, so operation remains completely silent.

Replacement screen and battery impact

A new replacement touchscreen restores full touch response and colour accuracy, though brightness may vary slightly from the original panel. The high-efficiency replacement battery is tested to at least 90 percent health, supporting reliable daily runtime. Both components are professionally fitted before shipment.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Nano SIM card, and which orientation error should I avoid?

Insert the Nano SIM into the tray with the angled corner matching the tray cutout; the single-SIM slot only accepts one card, so forcing a second card damages the reader.

What replacement will the high-efficiency battery need after extended cycling?

The battery was professionally replaced to meet at least 90% health; when capacity drops below 80%, a qualified technician should swap it to preserve water resistance.

At what resolution does the 6.1" OLED panel limit sustained 5G streaming before thermal throttling?

The Super Retina XDR display runs at 2532 x 1170; prolonged 5G video at maximum brightness can trigger thermal management that reduces frame rate.
