2-inch FNPT threaded ends

The fitting provides two 2-inch FNPT connections with an overall length of 6 1/4 inches. This specific thread size and orientation determine whether it matches the existing conduit layout. No other trade sizes or thread genders are available for this model.

Plain iron finish with no extras

The silver iron housing ships as a single sealing fitting. No packing material, sealing compound, locknuts or bushings are included. Installers must supply their own thread sealant and any required grounding hardware separately.

Questions about this item

What does the 2 in trade size mean for the conduit I can connect?

It matches 2 in IMC or RMC conduit so the fitting threads directly onto that conduit without reducers.

How do the FNPT threads affect what I can screw into each end?

Both ends are 2 in female NPT so only male NPT nipples, conduit or plugs with matching threads will engage.

What clearance do I need to mount this 6 1/4 in long fitting vertically or horizontally?

Allow at least 6 1/4 in straight run plus wrench room; the iron body fits standard 2 in conduit straps for either orientation.
