Iron conduit outlet body with threaded 1/2 in hubs, round back, and 7.3 cu in capacity for indoor or outdoor cable routing
This Appleton Century Crofts GRJTA50 conduit outlet body is built from iron for indoor or outdoor electrical installations. It accepts threaded IMC conduit with a 1/2 in hub and trade size. The TA-style body provides a 7.3 cu in capacity for wire splices and a compatible cover is included.
The round back and multi-angle connection orientation allow flexible routing in tight or awkward spaces. Threaded connections maintain a secure mechanical bond under vibration and thermal cycling. Iron construction resists impact and corrosion throughout sustained service.
The gray iron body withstands weather exposure without additional coating. No fan or active cooling is involved, so operation is silent. Power draw is not applicable for this passive conduit fitting.
