Appleton GRN50 Conduit Outlet Body

The Appleton GRN50 is a 1/2 inch trade size conduit outlet body constructed from iron. It is intended for electricians and installers routing threaded IMC in indoor or outdoor locations. The GR series design provides a round back for cable access.

Iron construction suits indoor and outdoor runs

The outlet body accepts 1/2 inch hub and conduit trade sizes, connecting directly to threaded IMC. Overall dimensions measure 3 3/4 inches wide by 2 7/8 inches high by 7 inches long. Compatible covers include the GRK series such as GRK-1, GRK-50, GRK-75 and GRK-75U models.

Replaces worn or damaged 1/2 inch outlet bodies

The jump is worth it when an existing fitting shows corrosion, thread damage or cover incompatibility. The iron housing resists impact in exposed locations. It is not for installations requiring larger trade sizes such as 75 or 100, or for non-threaded conduit types.
