Compatible Drain Hose for Portable Air Conditioners

This drain hose replaces the original condensate outlet on portable air conditioners from several brands. It fits 28 Midea models including KSTHP14D and WPPD14HR5, two Comfort-Aire models PSH-141A and PSH-141D, six Artic King models such as WPPD-12HRN1-BH9 and AKPD-14HR4, plus Pelonis units. The part number is MDA12620600000011 and it is sold individually.

Continuous Condensate Removal Under Load

During sustained cooling the hose channels water away without relying on a built-in pump. Gravity flow keeps the internal tank from filling, so the unit can run unattended for longer periods. The flexible routing lets the outlet reach a floor drain or bucket even when the appliance sits against a wall. No electrical connection is required for the hose itself.

Durable Construction for Daily Use

The hose is made from pliable polymer that resists kinking when the unit is moved for cleaning or seasonal storage. Its ends push onto the appliance spout and a standard drain fitting without tools or clamps. The material withstands the temperature range of normal condensate discharge and remains flexible in cool rooms. Buyers who need a longer run or a different diameter will need an extension or adapter not supplied with this part.

Questions about this item

Will the drain hose clog or leak after running the portable AC continuously for days?

The hose is a simple AC and refrigeration component with no moving parts, so it will not generate heat, noise or power draw during continuous operation.

Which specific portable-air-conditioner models must I already own for this hose to fit?

It fits 28 Midea models such as KSTHP14D, RACPD1411HRU, WPPD14HR5 and MPPD-14HRN1-BH9, plus six Artic King models including WPPD-12HRN1-BH9 and AKPD-14HR4, and two Comfort-Aire models PSH-141A and PSH-141D.

Can I use this hose on a 2014 Artic King unit while keeping the original drain pump?

The hose is listed for the 2014 Artic King models WPPD-12HRN1-BH9 and WPPD-14HRN1-BH9, so it will connect to those units without replacing any existing pump.
