Genuine Empire Comfort pilot regulator tubing fits 12 White Mountain Hearth and two Empire fireplace models
This tubing connects the pilot regulator to the pilot assembly on compatible gas fireplaces. It is a genuine Empire Comfort Systems component supplied under the Appliance Factory Parts brand. The part number is BRM14041 and it is sold individually as a new replacement item. It suits owners of specific White Mountain Hearth and Empire vent-free models.
As a passive metal tube, this part generates no heat of its own and operates silently. It carries gas at the low pressure delivered by the regulator, so it adds no electrical load to the system. Normal use simply requires the tubing to remain intact and free of kinks or blockages. No power supply or active cooling is involved.
The tubing is manufactured to Empire Comfort specifications for a direct fit on listed models including VFSR and VFSV series units. It replaces the original line between the regulator and pilot without modification. Installation involves threading the supplied fittings into the existing ports on the appliance. Compatibility covers twelve White Mountain Hearth models and two Empire models identified by the 16, 18, 24 and 30 designations.

Connect the tubing from the regulator outlet to the pilot inlet following the factory path, then leak-test every joint with soap solution before lighting the pilot.
Inspect the tubing annually for cracks, kinks or discoloration and replace it if any damage is found or after a regulator service.
The pilot flame will lift or become unstable if gas pressure drops below the regulator setting, signalling a pressure or supply issue.
