Questions about this item

How long does this main control board typically last before failure under continuous air-conditioner operation?

The part is a direct replacement for the original board used in over 70 Arctic King, Comfort-Aire and Midea window-unit models, so its service life matches the OEM design cycle.

Does the board generate noticeable heat or fan noise when the compressor runs all day?

It is a passive electronic assembly with no moving parts; any heat or sound comes from the compressor and fan motors it controls, not from the board itself.

Which Arctic King, Comfort-Aire or Midea model numbers is this board confirmed to fit?

It fits 12 Arctic King models including AKW+10CR4 and AKW06CR51-2015, 14 Comfort-Aire models such as RAD-61L and RADS-121M, and 50 Midea models including MWDUK-12CRN1-BCK2 and EWK-12CRN1-BK3.
