Appliance Factory Parts filter set for Bissell

This replacement filter set contains foam pieces numbered 7 and 8 for the premotor and upper positions. It is supplied new and carries part number 18-2303-00, superseding earlier references such as BR-1815 and BR-1865. The kit fits 50 listed Bissell models including series 3575, 3593, 3594, 3595, 3596, 3750, 3760, 3910, 3950, 3990, 4104, 4220, 6390, 6393, 6590, 6591, 6595, 6801, 6850, 6860, 8975 and 8990.

Sustained filtration performance

Under continuous vacuum operation the foam media traps fine dust before it reaches the motor, maintaining airflow longer than a clogged original filter would. Regular cleaning or replacement prevents suction loss during extended cleaning sessions. The dual-filter arrangement protects both the premotor stage and the upper exhaust path.

Foam construction and daily handling

The filters are made from open-cell foam that can be rinsed and air-dried for reuse, reducing ongoing consumable cost. Their precise contours match the original housings so they seat without gaps or forcing. No tools are required for installation; simply lift the old inserts and press the new set into place.
